My Bachelor Themed Bachelorette Party

When we started planning our wedding we decided it would be best to not “assign” anyone the title is Maid of Honor or Best Man. Mainly because we didn’t want to put the pressure on any of of our friends to have to plan events and prepare a speech. (I did it twice and hated it)

We wanted to have our wedding party enjoy our day as much as we will without any stresses. Did you have a Best Man and Maid of Honor?

With that being said two of my close friends volunteered to throw me a very epic Bachelorette party. Saying I was blown away when I opened that hotel door to see all the decorations was an under statement. I cried….. I always cry.

Are you a big fan of the Bachelor and Bachelorette franchise on ABC? I have been obsessed for years and I never thought this could be my theme for my bachelorette party. I have even turned Dennis into loving it.

When I say I’m a fan, I’m a super fan. I follow all the Bachelor contestants on social media. I listen to their podcasts, and if you know, so many of them have their own channels now it’s a bit out of control…..and I listen to them all. Off the Vine with Kaitlin Bristowe is my favorite and then The Babes and Babies podcast is great too!!

If I could talk about this show for too long I’ll really bore you and go on and on. So I’ll spare you the gossip and skip to my party and the wonderful friends who attended.

We started out evening at a fancy restaurant called Harry and Izzy’s. They gave us our own private room so we could enjoy ourselves without an audience. Their food was wonderful and the staff was so knowledgeable on their meats. It was soooooo yummy. e

After dinner we ventured downtown to a bar called Howl at the Moon. This is my go-to bar if we ever go out. They have a live band that plays cover song and people dance the night away. We were greatly disappointed with the turnout and the performance that night so we moved on to another bar.

We ventured off the a new bar called The Punchbowl Social. It was filled with arcade games and bowling. I would highly recommend.

After that we ended the night dancing the night away. Even my prego sister stay up until 4am with us. She wasn’t too happy about it, but she was a trooper.

As my wedding vastly approaches (3 days now) I’m reminded of how grateful I am to have such special people in my life.

I was never one to have a large group of girlfriend growing up so I’m forever grateful for these ladies of mine.
